OUR STATEMENT OF FAITH

Our Youth believe the whole bible to be completely and equally inspired. it is the only written infallible word of God.

We have adopted the following statement of faith as its Standard in official expression of its doctrine:

Who is God?
  • Only one true God, 3 in 1. The Father, The Son and The Holy Spirit. (Matthew 28:19)
  • Jesus Christ is the only begotten son of the father. conceived of the holy spirit and born of the virgin mary. (Matthew 3:17 & Luke 1:30-32)
  • ​​​​Jesus Christ, fully God fully Man (Philippians 2:6-8)
  • ​Jesus Christ, crucified for our sins, buried and resurrected. Who ascended to heaven and is currently at the right hand of the father. (1 Corinthians 15:3-4 & Romans 8:34)

Doctrine of salvation
  • Every person can have restored fellowship with god the father through salvation in jesus Christ (Romans 10:9)
  • being baptizing in the name of the father son and holy spirit is a step of obedience after repenting from sin. receiving the free gift of salvation made available to us by Jesus christ (Acts 2:38)
  • The holy communion is a symbolic remembering Jesus christ's suffering and death on the cross. (luke 22:19)
  • All have sinned and repentance from sin is required and necessary for the forgiveness of sin (Romans 3:22-24)
  • Sanctification occurs at the time of salvation, it's also a lifelong continual process to separate ourselves from sin & evil with our other everlasting goal to become close to god and be like christ. (2 Timothy 2:21 & 1 John 2:6)

Doctrine of the CHurch
  • Holiness is god's standard of living for his sons and daughters. (2 corinthians 7:1)
  • The church has been given the task to seek and save all lost in their sin. (Mark 16:15)
  • The church is the body of christ, it is composed of people who have accepted jesus christ as their lord and savior, regardless of labeled denomination (1 corinthians 12:27)

Doctrine of spiritual gifts
  • baptism of the holy spirit is confirmed with the gift of speaking in tongues. (ACTS 2:4)
  • supernatural healing for the sick and spiritual freedom from demons is provided by jesus, and he gave us authority also to heal the sick and drive out demons (Matthew 10:8)

Doctrine of marriage
  • marriage is exclusively between a man and a women as defined by their biology at birth. otherwise abstinent in times of singleness. (Genesis 2:24, 1 corinthians 7:2 & 1 corinthians 7:8-9)
  • people are born of one of two genders, man or woman. they are permanently defined by their biology at birth and assigned by god. (genesis 1:27)
